Former English teacher, Jessica and her husband adopted their 11 year old son, Henok from Ethiopia when he was 5 years old. Due to Henok’s conditions, Jessica quit her job as a teacher and has been dedicating herself full-time to the care of her son. Jessica has been taking care of Henok and homeschooling him, and is the perfect example of a mother that is ‘on-top of it all’. She flew through training, and always has met all her responsibilities admirable efficiency and proactiveness.
