Who is the program for?

Loved ones with special needs, disabilities, and/or medical conditions. The aging population, those with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, chronic conditions, and/or those that need support with their activities of daily living such as bathing/showering, dressing, mobility, eating, using the bathroom. Please reach out to us to learn if your loved one would benefit from this program!

It is important for all families to have Medicaid coverage. If your family does not, our care team can help you apply for Medicaid, and we will hold your hand every step of the way.
